Local Accommodation
Although we do not have any onsite accommodation we’re only a short 10-minute drive from Paihia where there is a large selection of accommodation options at different price points.
Our couples will often book a holiday home or apartment for their families and wedding party, and guests tend to book themselves in at resorts, hotels, motels or campgrounds. Some of the larger establishments are often happy to block book a number of rooms if you mention you are hosting your wedding at Baylys’ Farm. This will give your guests peace of mind that there will be accommodation available when it comes to booking. We recommend doing this early however as Paihia accommodation can book up fast over the peak summer months. Where possible, we recommend booking accommodation directly with the owners which generally ensures the best rental rates.

To secure a discount please contact their team directly at copthorne.bayofislands@millenniumhotels.com. Any bookings made by guests need to be made directly with the resort and discounts are subject to availability and dates, so we recommend contacting them well in advance.
